We have made an update to our Kawartha Komets 2012-2013 Schedule.
We have now confirmed that the Kawartha Komets will play an Exhibition Game against our own Peterborough Petes on Sunday afternoon, January 27th, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Peterborough Memorial Centre.
This will be a Fundraiser for the Five Counties Children's Centre. Our community has been so supportive and generous regarding our Kawartha Komets so we want to give back to an agency that is so important in the lives of so many young people. Many of our players are or have been clients of Five Counties Children's Centre.
We will release more information as the date gets closer. We want to thank Kathleen Reeves, Dave Reid and Mike Pelino of the Peterborough Petes for their co-operation as we plan this event. Also, many thanks to Craig Field and the PHA (Peterborough Hockey Association) for helping us with ice time for this event.
