Upcoming Events...Kawartha Komets & the Peterborough Petes

The Kawartha Komets Special Needs Hockey Program has a couple of exciting events coming up with the Peterborough Petes.

On Thursday, December 29th the Komets are the Game Night Sponsors for the Petes game against the Ottawa 67's.  The Komets will be in charge of the Chuck-A-Puck contest with the following prizes for the pucks closest to center ice.

1. 1st prize - A Peterborough Petes jersey signed by the entire team 
2. 2nd prize - A Lenovo 7" Tablet
3. 3rd prize - A $50.00 gift card for the Petes Store.

We will have a SILENT AUCTION with dozens of exciting items including:

1. A Mike Fisher signed Nashville Predators jersey.
2. Two nights accommodation including breakfast at the Hilton Garden Inn in Mississauga.
3. A Cobra JumPack Jump Starter Power Pack (A jump starter for your car)

On Sunday, January 22nd, 2017 from 12 noon to 2:00 p.m. the Kawartha Komets will take on the Peterborough Petes in our 5th Annual Fundraising Game.  Funds raised will be used to help send our players to two tournaments in the new year...the KIP Friendship Tournament in Kitchener, ON and the Special Hockey International (SHI) Tournament held here in Peterborough from March 15th to 18th, 2017.
